I’ve chosen this photo taken eight years ago as a perfect compliment to the Curiosities in Willow Grove collection by Vicki Boutin, using the sketch that came in My Creative Scrapbook’s November Limited Edition Kit.
The Paper #4 sheet, with its muted colors and design makes a good neutral background that will allow the focal image pop. I chose Paper #5 for the circle, using the orange to match the pumpkins in the photo.
Once I had an idea as to where I would be placing the photo, I used the stencil that came in the kit to make backgrounds for the embellishments.
I cut a tag from Paper #8 and a rectangle piece from Paper #10. I selected two tag images from the Laser Cut Elements. One of these was attached to the Paper #8 tag, the other was glued just below it. The camera and the title and journaling strip also came from this package.
Just as I had been doing with all of the other pieces, I inked the flower images from the Laser Cut Foliage before gluing them down in layers.
