Everyday You with the Swirlydoos Wildflower Kit

I couldn't wait to scrap this photo of my DGD, now eight years old and growing up way too fast!

The pretty colors of the cardstock and blooms and the lovely images of the Prima Wild and Free collection that came in the April 2017 Wildflower Kit from Swirlydoos capture this sweet photo so well...

First, I cut out a couple of bracket shapes with my Cameo and layered one on top of the other and adhered it all to a 12" x 12" piece of cardstock. Next, I played around with some of the images that I cut from pattern paper until I got the layering that I like, stapled it all together in the center so it wouldn't show and glued it down. After attaching my photo (matted with a bit of black cardstock), I tucked some chippies and a few of the smaller cut-outs here and there to create a bit more layering. 

A few blossoms from the Main Kit and Add-Ons, a few sweet butterflies and a bit of cheesecloth from my stash were all that I needed to complete my page.
